You never know who, or what, you will run into in the Arizona desert. This week was an exciting one with a scorpion early in the week and, what I am told, a gopher snake. I did not get close enough to investigate the snake. These desert dwellers are like me, out early before it is too hot for any sane person or creature to be out. Today’s high is only supposed to be 104 degrees.
