Wednesday, May 10, 2023 in Casa Grande, AZ where I ran my 1800th day in a row of 3 miles or more.
And now I am closing in on the 5 year mark. What an incredible journey. When you hear the saying, “life can take you to unexpected places,” don’t ever underestimate the places you can go!! If you had told me 10 years ago that I would have a run streak of even a mile a day for almost five years I would have told you that you are crazy!
Some may view this healthy addiction as crazy! It might be…and it is my kind of crazy! The running community is so friendly, kind, and caring. I get to travel to run and am excited about races coming up in the future. I get to see new places and meet new people that I would never have met before. This is a gift I give to myself.
