Today was the standard 3.1 mile day after too much fun at a bowling event yesterday evening. Slept in a little and took it easy today. Here is a picture of the scenery of the high desert with small mountains in the background.
Yesterday was a better day with a 4 mile out and back at at steady pace just under 9:30 min/mi. Felt great and am looking to increase milage on the weekends to prepare for some longer distance races.
