There is something to be said for the unexpected and routine. I settled back in to my house and my routine and it feels so good. As I prep for the half marathon this weekend I reflect on my journey and how much I have overcome in this last year.
Having the daily run has kept me centered and focused.
Having the daily run has kept me grounded and in the here and now.
Having the daily run has given me time to reflect and grieve.
Having my daily run has given me time to plan and dream.
It is not an easy path but it is worth it and I trust God that all will work out as intended.
Run happy!
