That is what they say about the weather in Arizona this time of the year. We are actually about 10 degrees cooler than normal. Today’s run was around 56 degrees around 7:30am. I am still feeling heavy and slow with an average pace of 10:28 min/mi. I feel good otherwise so I will take it!
