It’s June in Arizona and at 5:00am it is beautiful out! The sun is rising and the temperature is in the upper 70’s. Not many people out or much traffic so it is me and the landscaping crews which is fine by me. I’m still listening to my book (highly recommend The Gap and The Gain by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy) and keeping my pace around a 9:30 mile. Not too fast and not too slow…a feel good, happy run day!
